HS BOYS 2021-2022 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING REGISTRATION
The program is designed to help players at all fitness levels. There is absolutely no knowledge or experience in lifting or strength training required. Michael Durkin designs a program for athletes to follow and is present to instruct and supervise during each session. It is a great way for players to become stronger for the season and to prevent injuries. Additionally, Michael makes it a great environment for the players to have fun, get to know each other better, and bond before the season starts in March.
This program is available to Boys that will be playing on the 2022 Spring HS Lacrosse Team or have an interest in the program as a prospective player.
Attendance is not required. Players can come as often or as little as their schedule allows.
The program runs November through February so if your player is involved in another sport and can only attend specific months they can sign up for the program and just attend the months that work for them.

November 1st through February 28th
Sessions will be 1 hour and 15 minutes
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
November 4:45PM to 6:00PM
December 3:30PM to 4:45 PM
January 4:45PM to 6:00PM
February 3:30PM to 4:45 PM
